Process
What steam does that a brush can’t
Steam lifts embedded dirt out of the material. Extraction pulls the dirt and water back out, so nothing sits inside to dry stiff.
An ozone cycle in the sanitizing cabinet reaches odor at the source, inside the lining, not just on the surface.
Suede is raised with steam, never brushed flat. Leather and patent get their own settings, never the mesh treatment.
